Added support for attributes on the Abbreviation element.

Honestly, I'm still poking around and figuring out how CommonMark works for a project, so I'm learning as well. 😄

lol - Know how that goes. The CommonMark library is one of the ones we sponsor. The main developer seems pretty approachable.

I did add this to the CommonMark discussion board as well to see if they would consider it being an actual part of the spec as well.

If you haven't already, highly recommend either or both of them for resources.
