Incorrect week stats across year boundary

The calculation for week binning in the 90 days NPM downloads graph has an issue across year boundaries:

It shows:

• '25W51
• '25W52
• '25W01 (incorrect)
• '26W01

Note: the first day of 2026 was a Thursday.
