看了下 mieru 是环境变量设置配置文件位置的，正好 V2RayLocalAsset 和 XrayLocalAsset 也是核心单独的行为，并且也是设置在环境变量里的，所以单独提取到 CoreInfo 的 Environment 里，看起来可能更整洁一点
