gmpy2 2.1.2 has released and prove wheels for multiple platform.

I can see there is a build failure for Python 2.7
Could you check? Let me know if you don't have access to the build details.

I see, there is no py27 linux wheels. Hmm, I'll create a PR for gmpy2.
