Show the API key to the admin for newly created api keys #158
Description
In the admin, if you create a new api key, you have to then click to edit the user to view the newly created api key. Previously, we displayed the api key in the flash message after successfully creating the key. We lost this during an upgrade a while back, and in the new interface these extra couple clicks is annoying, particularly for some of our admins that need to create a number of new accounts and retrieve each one's api key.
In the admin we should display the api key in the message that flashes on the screen after successfully creating a new account.
