Why FungibleAsset docs state maximum possible amount possible to be 2^63 - 1 instead of 2^63 - 2^31?

Going through the docs of FungibleAsset, I can see the maximum amount stated as 2^63 - 1. However, FungibleAsset::MAX_AMOUNT is itself defined as 2^63 - 2^31. Is there a typo in the docs or am I missing something?

It should be 2^63 - 2^31 - so, we should update the docs.
