Hi I have a Synology 920+, running the latest version of software DSM 7.3.1-86003 not seeing any nvme drives

Hi I have a Synology 920+, I updated my NAS to DSM 7.3.1-86003 to try and fix an issue with an eco flow battery not being recognised as a UPS (didn't work by the way) .
I then added 2 500gb WD red SN700 nvme, I have tried (https://github.com/007revad/Synology_HDD_db) and[ (https://github.com/007revad/Synology_HDD_db) With no errors but no nvme drives are detected. Is this because of the version I am running or?

Your question appears to missing some words.

The WD Red SN700 NVMe drives should work fine with a DS920+ running DSM 7.3.1

So storage manager does not show either NVMe drive? Even without using any script they should show up in storage manager. Are you sure the NVMe drives are seated correctly, and not upside down. Make sure you turn the DS920+ off before removing and reinserting the NVMe drives.

I have a very similar problem. For weeks, an NVME volume on my DS920+ with HDD_db was running smoothly. Since yesterday and the update to DSM7.3-81180, my volume has crashed and cannot be restored even after restarting.

Do you have syno_hdd_db.sh scheduled to run as root at boot-up with the -n option?

Yes, I have the script scheduled at every start with Root permission. Also the well the option -n is included.
I did several restarts and manual runs off the script, but the the drive doesn't come back in the storage manager.

So you can't even see the drive in storage manager? What does the following command return?

ls /dev/nvme*
``

Someone on reddit had the same issue, but I thought that was with DSM 7.3-81180. Or maybe it was DSM 7.3.1-86003.
