🆕 Changelog
This pull request refactors and simplifies the filtering utilities in the OptimizationApplication, primarily by removing the
EntityPointand adding support for nano_flann. To avoid checking the NodeCloudMesh flag every time, we added the NODAL_DOMAIN_SIZE variable, which is set to 1.0 for node cloud.
