It would be nice if the "Remote Projects" dialog popup supported the following:

Like VSCode, ctrl-enter or some button opened the remote project in a new window
Like the command pallete, typing highlighted the closest match
Like VSCode, Zed remembered which projects were open in which windows and reopened them after restart/closing.
