feat: hovering over a file in the Agent chat window should display the complete path

In Rust ( but the principle applies to other languages ), I have multiple mod.rs, test.rs etc files in different directories.

After adding these files to the context using '@' in the agent chat window, I just see the name of the file. There's no way for me to verify that I added the correct file. A tooltip on hover which displays would be great. If you're okay with having this added, I'd love to work on this request.
