Support "View Source" option (or support Go To Implementation) in node_modules .d.ts file

In JetBrains you can click "View Source" to go to the source of the declaration (.d.ts -> .js). This helps debug what I'm running. I expected "Go To Implementation" to navigate to this, but it doesn't seem to work
