the repository clone feature is not working

Im making this new discussion, inorder to know whether any windows user, is experiencing error on clone repository feature.

after entering repo url and folder slection dialog open, on selecting ther is a error toast saying "Program not foud".

I have not tested this bug on any other platforms.

No issue is raised by me, if any you find the same bug please open a new issue.
