enable sign in without dbus

Summary

For obvious reason such as meta-prompt recent changes, which we know is a core mechanism, I'm signed to the pro plan on ZED.

For such I plan into authenticating zed without needing to provide dbus access to zed. Which means no browser.
I know I can debug the code and build up the store and akins, which I will start doing now...

But maybe you can promptly guide me into it or even creating a feature for that?

Are you looking to just support login without explicitly launching a browser via dbus? org.freedesktop.portal.OpenURI

Or removing dbus requirements entirely?

My understanding is that Zed also requires a dbus accessible secrets portal provider (org.freedesktop.portal.Secret, org.freedesktop.Secrets). Otherwise you'll also need to explicitly login on every launch (as Zed has nowhere to store the secrets).
