Tabs should probably switch on press instead of on release

When you click on a tab, the editor switches to it on button release (with mouse click or in tab switcher), which makes tabs feel like they have some latency. Tabs in browser and IntelliJ switch on press, which makes them feel faster.

Note: closing tab with a middle mouse button already works on press.
