[SQL]change some test lists

1. there's no `hook_context.q` but a `hook_context_cs.q` in query folder
2. there's no `compute_stats_table.q` in query folder
3. there's no `having1.q` in query folder
4. `udf_E` and `udf_PI` appear twice in white list
