Can't change tailwind version after Windress update to version 3.2.56

After updating Windress to version 3.2.56, I can no longer change the Tailwind CSS version.
Previously, I was able to switch between Tailwind versions in the settings, but now the option seems locked / ignored.

Environment:
• Windress: 3.2.56
• OS: MAC 15.6

Starting in a minimal/fresh environment using the https://developer.wordpress.com/studio/ will help to figure out the issue
