Cloudflare deploy failing

Hi, trying to deploy using the "deploy to cloudflare" button and getting this error - any ideas

The "Could not read package.json" error suggests the build environment isn't finding the repo files. We've added troubleshooting for common deployment errors in FAQ #12 (#211). If Click to Deploy continues to fail, try deploying via the Wrangler CLI instead.
