Thank you for your enthusiasm and for sharing this information about Inadyn’s Cloudflare support! 🎉 It’s great to see features like this being explored and utilized. Regarding your question about updating Ubiquiti’s web interface to include Cloudflare as a built-in DDNS provider option, I recommend reaching out directly on the Ubiquiti Community Forums or submitting a feature request through their official channels. These are the best avenues to engage with Ubiquiti and suggest enhancements to their software. My project primarily focuses on its current scope, and while I'm glad it's helpful in your workflow, feature requests for Ubiquiti's native software are beyond the scope here. Thanks for understanding, and I hope you find success advocating for this feature! 😊 |

Inadyn 2.12.0, included in the latest Unifi app, now supports Cloudflare natively! 🎉 You can create a custom DDNS configuration via the web interface, then manually edit the /run/ddns* file to include a valid Cloudflare provider config. Once set up, DDNS works perfectly.
The only issue is that the config file gets rewritten each time from the default settings created via the web interface.
So here’s the question:
How can we get Ubiquiti to update the web interface to include Cloudflare as a built-in DDNS provider option?
I would love to hear if anyone has already reached out to Ubiquiti or found a workaround for this!
