I just added the following fields to a fork of this project.

distance_miles
avg_pace_min_per_mile
workout_type
gear_name
splits:
    distance
    elapsed_time
    elevation_difference
    moving_time
    split
    average_speed
    average_grade_adjusted_speed
    average_heartrate
    pace_zone

I opened a PR for it, but if it doesn't get merged you can install my version using BRAT.

Hey! Thanks a lot @jcochran93. Happy to consider fields for merging and added a comment to your PR #5 (comment). One thing to bear in mind is that I've tried to keep behavior the same for the CSV import vs web API, so that led to constraints as to which data could be imported. I'm not sure yet whether that should be relaxed in some way, or whether consistency can be achieved for additional fields too.
