Following up on my own post, just in case someone else runs into this. Turns out that this is a 'feature' of USB ports on Linux and not part of bCNC communications. When connecting to usbtty0, there are multiple versions of it on the list, each with a string of numbers and characters after the name. I just happened to initially pick the debug version. |

Hi, I recently decided to convert my bCNC host PC From Windows to Linux. After a little bit of fiddling with Linux and bCNC settings, I did get bCNC running again. One thing I did notice though, was that once I establish a connection with my machine, the console appears to be logging the communication. I wouldn't mind, except that it makes debugging plugins and scripts pretty cumbersome and potentially is slowing the communication down. Is there a way to disable that from a configuration or the GUI? I suppose I could riffle through the code and comment it out if not.
Thanks in advance!
