fix(diff): ArrayContaining diff is order-agnostic

Description

Diff from failed expect.arrayContaining([...]) assertion is incorrectly order sensitive. This PR introduces asymmetric matching to the diff.

Resolves #8913

Issue had no engagement, but this solves a meaningful problem for me, and I'm sure others, so I went ahead to submit a fix. I couldn't find a place documenting diff behaviour, but if I am pointed in the right direction, I can update documentation.
