Use of tronity or smartcar API

Would it be possible to use Smartcar APIs as data delivery for VWsFriend as a successor for weconnect-python? This would turn VWsFriend into a general myCarsFriend. Usage of standard API of Smartcar is basically for free and seems to cover very many vehicles.

As discussed here: tillsteinbach/CarConnectivity#8 Smartcar is not really viable. For Tronity there is a connector for CarConnectivity (what will become the successor of VWsFriend) but the data from Tronity is very limited.
