Pipx-upgrade process?

Could somebody describe the upgrade process for the connector when using pipx?
For the plugin it is:

Pipx upgrade carconnectivity-plugin-mqtt

The same for the connector says: error.

Unluckily I have now an error:

Any idea why?

Up to yesterday the tool is working...

After new installing with pip3 it is working again 😊
