cache not clearing?

Hi

I've noticed, the page cache isn't clearing when I save a entry in my news collection, even though I've specified the URLs to clear in static_caching.php

/news-and-insights is page that shows entries from the news collection. When I save an entry, it's cache is cleared. But the /news-and-insights page doesn't update? The only way I can get it to clear the cache is if I also save the /news-and-insights page in the CMS.
