- Rename `lint` to `analyze`, merge audit step into it - Ensure all steps use `ubuntu-latest` - Re-run `analyze` when a PR is reopened - Upgrade `checkout` and `setup-node` to latest versions, removing warnings - Rename `all` to `ready-to-merge`
