Rename the ParseErrorsWhitelist for ParseErrorsAllowlist

Hi,

While I fully support renaming WhiteList to AllowList (which has been done in b41e8b7) for inclusivity, the removal of the old symbol in v1.0.8 was a breaking change that violates SemVer for a v1 release.

This broke our build, and it will break others' too. To prevent automated tools from pulling this broken version, I would advise to retract v1.0.8 for this library. Any thoughts? @tomasaschan

We've already released a fix that adds these back, so the only way to end up with a version that breaks this is to explicitly ask for another release than the latest one. This was done within 12 hours of 1.0.8 being released, and now over 48 hours ago, which means if your builds broke because of it they should have automatically recovered now just by means of having pulled a newer version.

I don't see a need for further action here.
