Allow user to reorder list?

Hi i have a list that i would want a user to be able to reorder, is the some way to achieve this using spectreconsole?

Describe the solution you'd like
A component/class/function where i can provide a list of elements and get a new list back when the user is done reodering.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Writing it in a gui framework instead, where components of this sort are somewhat standard.
