Description

@alaneuler

Once failure happens in readiness callback invoking, it means that the health of the application is down!

Readiness callback usually involves registering of service, RPC publication, message subscription etc., as the lame status of application, it can't provide service normally. On the basis of this fact, readiness callback invoking should be break once failure appears.
