How i can blocked Emoji on paste? QuillJS 2.0.2

I need blocked emoji when i paste text from another site.

quill.clipboard.addMatcher (Node.ELEMENT_NODE, function (node, delta) {
                var plaintext = node.innerText
                const emojiRegexG = /\p{Emoji}/ug;
                const subst = '';
                let text = plaintext.replaceAll(emojiRegexG, subst);
                let Delta = Quill.import('delta')
                return new Delta().insert(text)
            })

It works, but only I paste emoji with text.
When I paste only emoji quill.clipboard.addMatcher (Node.ELEMENT_NODE.... it not work.
I used Node.TEXT_NODE and it also doesn't work.
The code does not fire on the insert event.

I found a code that works, but only QuillJs version 1.36
