Using Proxy\LazyLoadingInterface in DoctrineProxySubscriber

In DoctrineProxySubscriber used check of LazyLoadingInterface, from ocramius/proxy-manager,

but this package required only for dev

As a result, proxy objects are not processed correctly when the enable_lazy_ghost_objects key is enabled.

Oh. It looks like Doctrine implemented native Proxy Objects in PHP8.4.
Adding proxy manager will not work here - I believe it is missing in current serializer implementation. Feel free to propose implementation for it :)
