Configuration files ownership & permissions

Hello all,

I noticed Debian packages (at least) now sets ownership of /etc/sensu/* to sensu:sensu. I am not sure if this was wanted upstream but it makes sense that only sensu & uchiwa can read these files as it may contains passwords for various services with thus trigger the question: should we follow and set owner to sensu for these files and set mode to 640 on supported platforms ?
