Here's the 'for idiots' version based on our audit of what actually works: What ruflo actually does (the honest guide)Step 1: Install claude mcp add ruflo -- npx -y @claude-flow/cli@latestStep 2: Use ONLY these tools (the ~10 that actually work): Step 3: Do NOT use these (they look real but are stubs): Step 4: For multi-agent work, use Claude Code's built-in Agent tool instead of ruflo's agent_spawn.
