I wouldn't recommend that exact title since it's it's not called Code flow but I take your point ;)

A good place to start is the Wiki and --help docs (claude-flow --help / claude-flow <command> --help)... lots information but can be a bit overwhelming. My suggestion would be to create a dummy project and just start playing with the different commands, see what sticks.

Here's the 'for idiots' version based on our audit of what actually works:

What ruflo actually does (the honest guide)

Step 1: Install

claude mcp add ruflo -- npx -y @claude-flow/cli@latest

Step 2: Use ONLY these tools (the ~10 that actually work):

memory_store    → save knowledge for later
memory_search   → find saved knowledge by meaning (semantic search)
memory_retrieve → get a specific saved entry
memory_list     → see all saved entries
embeddings_generate → create vector embeddings
embeddings_compare  → compare text similarity
session_save    → save session state
session_restore → restore session state
terminal_execute → run shell commands (but Claude already has Bash)

Step 3: Do NOT use these (they look real but are stubs):

agent_spawn     → creates JSON record, never starts a process
task_assign     → fires event nobody listens to
swarm_init      → writes config, agentCount stays 0
neural_train    → returns random accuracy
wasm_agent      → echoes your input back
workflow_execute → 'Workflow not found'
hive-mind consensus → all types run same code

Step 4: For multi-agent work, use Claude Code's built-in Agent tool instead of ruflo's agent_spawn. It actually spawns real subprocesses.

That's it. 300+ tools advertised, ~10 work, memory/search is the star.
