The guide does not seem to contain crates.io or rust.
At least via the search bar or via clicking through it and ctrl+F "crates" it does not.
Could you give more details where crates.io was categorized?

Cargo does show up at https://cicd-cybersecurity.netlify.app/cicd-security-guide/phase-1/ssdf/ssdf-po/ but linking to crates.io. No idea if that was the intended link.

@k8scarcella thanks for letting us know. this seems like a massive set of documents though and unfortunately due to other priorities I won't have time in the foreseeable future to go through them all to assess whether they make sense or not.
