I've created a few capabilities on top of picocli and I hope that some of them might be useful for the picocli community:

• Generation of HTML documentation for command hierarchies. Example
• Extended markdown documentation
• Bottom-up construction of command hierarchies and injection of mixins
• Polymorphic CLI - ability to "override" subcommands and mixins
• Packaging as a modular application with support of both module path and classpath
