Home tab has multiple vertical scrollbars

Multiple scrollbars

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'the hometab'

Expected behavior
It should have 1 scrollbar if needed. Both scroll bars seem to do the same thing.
