This PR adds a Red Hat hunspell dictionary of valid Red Hat and Linux technology terms based on false positive spelling errors identified in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and RHEL documentation repositories.
The PR moves existing entires from Spelling.yml into the dictionary.
Also updates the spelling rule to suggest correct spellings where a spelling error is found.
