fix(topic): remove partition update code

Description

Follows up on bf2fc6cc711aee1a0c2a/kafka-admin-api#26 where the OpenAPI schema type was different to the server implementation, causing input to fail.

Verification Steps

1. Run rhoas kafka topic update on a topic
2. The update should be successful.
3. Try to edit this item
4. Check if in the left menu the feature X is not so long present.
