guilt-trip people aggressively into reading the usage page

i also put it in the sidebar so there is NO possible way these
guys will miss it (like, why else would LITERALLY no one edit
this???  i mean sure, i am not the best at motivating people...
but at least when i extend an opportunity for you to do some-
thing, you should like, put in something, or at least tell me
if you're going to put in something to set basic expectations
(and not passively wait for "instructions" (well granted, i am
a hypocrite in saying that.  but who is pushing the most amount
of code?  who is actually doing something?  who is at least
TRYING to lead the team when "leader" vanishes into thin air?))

people can come up with literally any excuses UGH.  why do i
have high hopes when the average cs300, cs400 student is just
hopelessly passive and unreachable on email or Discord or any-
thing at all.  probably should have joined Team 13 while i had
the chance to (but then i would have no fun not leading a team
and pushing de-GitHub-ing and decentralization as hard as now.)
