Summary
Updating the supported Qiskit version to 2.x. Drops support for Qiskit < 1.0.
Details and comments
This update requires updating qiskit and qiskit-algorithms. APIs are now V2 primitive based.
I've tested with latest 1.x and 2.x releases.
Closes #1385
