Weird error when trying to customize static analysis behavior

Hi I am trying to override fmt behavior so I followed guide and added the block

[tool.hatch.envs.hatch-static-analysis]

to pyproject.toml. The problem is when I execute hatch fmt I get and error about not being able to find ruff?

any help would be greatly appreciated
