Blocked on puppetlabs/puppet-runtime#859Generic builder (note I had to temporarily override puppet-agent.json in the build) https://jenkins-platform.delivery.puppetlabs.net/job/platform_vanagon-generic-builder_vanagon-packaging_generic-builder/BUILD_TARGET=amazon-2-aarch64,SLAVE_LABEL=k8s-worker/3005/
This will need to be backported to 7.x
