Integrate Header animation without the use of magic numbers. Animation has also been improved to bounce and fade.
In order to avoid use of magic number to handle SafeArea insets I have also proposed an update of react-native to get these values via a callback (react-native#19627).
Some works remains for integration in stack navigator, especially for the transition between screens.
