"App Tray" widget without grouping and with captions

Hello.
Many thanks to the COSMIC developers for such a wonderful graphical environment — I really like it.

I noticed that on the taskbar for the "App Tray" widget it is not possible to turn off application window grouping.
Could you tell me if there is any way to disable application window grouping so that each window has its own icon?

Is there any way to show button labels for the "App Tray" widget?

Basically the goal is to create a classic taskbar with window names and without grouping.
