Modified branching model (after release 1.13.3)

Branching model involving branches master and devel is discontinued after the release 1.13.3.

1. Branch devel is replaced with main. This is the main development branch. Pull requests shall be created for branch main.
2. Branch master is kept as readonly master-unused as readonly reference, however it can be removed at any time.
