What?

Updates the with-cloudflare-d1 template to the latest versions of OpenNext and Wrangler

Why?

In the latest version of Wrangler remoteBindings is no longer experimental.
The latest version of OpenNext brings important performance improvements as discussed here: https://blog.cloudflare.com/unpacking-cloudflare-workers-cpu-performance-benchmarks/#tuning-opennext-for-performance
