@FScholPer Proposal creation of new repo for having a central place for working model / sync from internal to external repos. He wants to contribute their copybara config

• There is a need to define the whole options in the flow (edge cases) in an DR
• In https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-score/discussions/1885 @ @ramceb mentioned that we have to reach a majurity in S-CORE which allows all parties to do open source first. @FScholPer wants to write these steps down together with @antonkri or @ramceb.
• It was mentioned that it makes sense to do follow ups on that topic.
