Any terms or conditions for using GitHub Code Search?

Thanks for this fantastic code search tool!

While there are currently no EULA for code search tech preview, I am curious about its acceptable use policy (like the policy for main GitHub website).

For example, am I allowed to:

• write an automated script that periodically search for a term for personal use?
• write a library that wraps this service to an API?
• use this service as a data source in software engineering research?
• crawl plenty of data from this service for commercial use?
• ...

It will be great if what I can / cannot do with this tech preview is stated clearly in its terms.
