Hi there!
This is basically a feature request, masquerading as a discussion. If there's a better way for me to handle this, please direct me appropriately!
I noticed that when I'm sponsoring someone, and I navigate back to their profile, on the right-hand sidebar, the only rendered tier is the tier I'm sponsoring them at:
When I click the
select a new tierbutton, I'm shown all available tiers, with a little badge indicating the current sponsorship tier:On my own sponsorship page, I hope to encourage certain sponsors to continuously upgrade the sponsorship tier, from {$CURRENT_TIER} to {$CURRENT_TIER + 1}.
I also am currently updating the copy for each tier - I hope to regularly get visitors to the sponsorship page, and if someone's sponsoring me at one level, I want them to be able to always see what's available to them (or their company) if they sponsor me at a higher level.
So, I propose that the default behavior on page-load be something like this:
A non-trivial portion of how I hope to use sponsors will be to take a small number of sponsors, and slowly upgrade them to larger and larger tiers - I'd like to minimize the friction for them to see what they'll get at subsequent tiers.
Oh! for more context, right now, I've got mostly 'private' individual sponsors (aka friends) - I hope to convert some of these existing small sponsorships ($1/mo, $14/mo, $150/mo) to "corporate" sponsorships, where they get their companies to pay me a much larger amount for some consulting, education, training, auditing, etc. So, I want persons who pay $14/mo to see the offerings I will have at 10-100x that amount.
If there's a better way for me to submit this kind of information, please let me know!
