Could you clarify the verification requirements for Korean public-school teachers whose schools do not issue individual school-domain email addresses?

Some teachers use education-office-provided accounts, including the shared @ai.jne.kr domain, with access to Google Workspace. Such a domain can differ from an individual school's website domain. Employment certificates are also commonly issued in Korean.

It would be helpful to have guidance on these questions:

1. Can a verified education-office-issued email address, such as one under @ai.jne.kr, satisfy the institutional email requirement when an individual school does not issue its own email addresses?
2. Can an official Korean employment certificate showing the teacher's name, school, position, current employment, issue date, and official seal be accepted? If a translation is required, does it need to be school-issued or certified?
3. When a school is missing from the application search, what evidence or process is needed to register the school and associate a shared education-office domain with it?
4. Is physical presence on campus required when submitting a teacher application, or can teachers apply away from campus with current employment evidence?
5. What is the appropriate private support channel for submitting additional evidence or requesting review of a school/domain verification issue?
