Hi everyone,

I'm trying to apply for the GitHub Education Benefit, but I keep getting the error: "Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your last name exactly as it appears in your [GitHub billing information]."
My name is spelled identically across my student ID, GitHub profile, and billing info. I’ve tried about 10 times with different combinations (including swapping my first and last name), but nothing worked. Now I'm on a temporary cooldown before I can try again.
Since my classes are starting soon, I really need to get this sorted. Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?
